چکیده
Abstract-Infectious diseases are still one of the leading causes human mortality and morbidity across globe. Among bacteria, emergence spread antimicrobial resistance (AMR) globally has threatens successful treatment infectious diseases. The continuous new types resistant bacterial pathogens have decreased efficacy available antibacterial drugs. Evaluation medicinal plants known for their biological activity against MDR bacteria is needed to explore exploit rich diversity bioactive extracts as an alternative agent in combating AMR. In this study, methanolic 10 were screened activity. preliminary strong biofilm forming by agar well diffusion method at concentration 1.0 mg/mL each plant extract. zone inhibition was measured comparative analysis tested plants, Acoruscalamus exhibited considerable with mean inhibitions 15.7 mm test isolates highest found be E. coli ECM4 (17.6±0.57). Holarrhena antidysentrica Hemidesmusindicus showed moderate Terminaliachebula, Punicagranatum Plumbagozeylanica relatively low less than 12.66 mm. MIC ranged from 0.125 4 bacteria. It that extract A. calamus lowest mg/mL. ESβL producing 2.0 findings indicated might effective treating infection caused
